A true sign of summer is when peach trees are packed full of fruit ripe for the picking, and the Niagara Region is one of the best spots to pick your own peaches!
Starting in mid-July through to September, you’ll find all sorts of orchards and roadside stands selling juicy peaches. Niagara alone has over 15 tasty varieties! But if you want to be part of the fun, here’s where you can pick your own peaches in Niagara.

1. Cherry Avenue Farms
One of the most well-known spots to pick your own peaches in Niagara is Cherry Avenue Farms in Vineland.
With over 100 acres of orchards and 18,000 trees, you’ll not only find peaches here, but cherries too (I’m sure you could’ve guessed that by their name!), nectarines, plums, apricots and pears.

2. Devries Fruit Farm
Devries Fruit Farm has been operating their 200-acre farm since 1984! Located in the charming town of Fenwick, you can visit and pick your own peaches, including the much-loved Red Haven and Coralstar varieties.
Be sure to stop by their market for all sorts of produce, baked goods, and flowers!

3. Parkway Orchards
Located in picturesque Niagara-on-the-Lake, Parkway Orchards is the perfect place to stop by after a visit to Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake!
While there is an admission fee for those over the age of 4 ($4),Parkway Orchards is a one-stop-shop and offers baked goods, sandwiches, ice cream, and gifts.
It’s a great spot for family-fun during peach season!

4. Smith Two Century Farms
Smith Two Century Farms is a 6th generation farm that has been operating since 1788. This family-friendly farm offers PYO peaches, as well as cherries. You can also get pre-picked fruit from their market stand, too.

5. Duffin Farms
Along with PYO peaches, Duffin Farms also offers pick your own plums, apples, cherries, pears, and even pumpkins!
Since they don’t have a website or social media pages, I would recommend reaching out by phone at 905-892-5387 to confirm their picking schedule.

6. Peach Country Farm Market
What better place to go peach picking than at a place called Peach Country Farm Market? While not really advertised, it’s not as busy as some other places (which is good for you!).
They are transitioning from retail to wholesale in the 2024 season, you are still able to get fruit on an appointment basis (call ahead at 905-562-5602) and the store will not be open.

7. Duchyn Farms
Duchyn Farms is a short drive from downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake and offers a beautiful family-friendly environment for peach picking.
Your fee includes entry for 1 person (each additional person is $5), a shuttle to the orchard and back, access to washrooms, covered terrace, park areas, and more!
Booking online is recommended in advance.
